Please read this in full before using CerePilot. This page contains both the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy — what we provide, what you agree to, and how we collect, use and protect your data. Effective Jan 1, 2024 · Last updated Jul 27, 2026.

Terms of Service

What we provide, what you agree to, and where each side’s responsibility ends.

1. Nature of the service

CerePilot ("the Platform") is developed and operated by Guangzhou Nandu River Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Operator"), and is a software tool and technical service product, charged as software license and technical service fees. It provides tooling for your own data collection, organization, AI copy optimization and export only. It does not constitute or provide any of the following:

  • Data trading, paid data lookup or file-download services
  • Information retrieval, industry intelligence or paid content services
  • An e-commerce platform for third-party merchant onboarding, listing or transaction matching
  • UGC sections such as reviews, Q&A communities or forums

The Platform makes no warranty or endorsement as to the content, legality of source, or usability of any third-party data.

2. The service

Within the scope defined above, the Platform provides a product-data tool for cross-border e-commerce, including but not limited to:

  • Multi-platform product data collection (title, description, price, images, variants)
  • Management and organization of a unified data pool
  • AI copy optimization, IP scanning and costing tools
  • Data export (Excel)
  • The WebPick browser extension
  • Multi-team collaboration

3. Accounts & access

An account is required. You must keep your account information accurate and are responsible for all activity under it. Contact us immediately if you find unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Data collection & responsibility

The Platform is a collection tool; every collection action is initiated by you. You are the sole party responsible for your collection activity: the target sites, data scope and intended use are decided by you, and it is your responsibility to ensure they comply with the target platform's rules and the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • Collect copyrighted or explicitly prohibited content
  • Violate a target platform's terms of service or robots.txt
  • Use the Platform for fraud, infringement or any illegal activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform
  • Resell data obtained via the Platform to third parties without authorization

Data you collect via the Platform belongs to you; the Platform does not review, filter or endorse collected content, and is not liable for any dispute, loss or legal responsibility arising from your collection activity.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform's software, design and documentation are protected by IP law and owned by the operator. Data you obtain via the Platform belongs to you, but the Platform is not liable for any legal disputes arising from your collection activity.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform provides software tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by:

  • Collection failures due to target-platform changes
  • Network outages, server faults or force majeure
  • Account bans caused by user misuse
  • Indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service

7. Fees & activation

The Platform is billed solely as software license / technical service fees, never as an information-service or data / content fee. See the pricing page for plans and credit rules. Business customers may request an invoice under a software-sales / technical-service category.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Please review this page periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use and protect it, and the control you keep over your data.

We process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, following the principles of minimum necessity, purpose limitation and security protection.

1. What we collect

  • Account info: phone number, username, password (encrypted), team
  • Collected data: product information you gather via the extension or platform
  • Usage logs: operation logs, API request records (for troubleshooting)
  • Device info: browser type, IP address (for security checks)

2. How we use it

We use collected information only to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the service
  • Verify account security and manage multi-team permissions
  • Diagnose technical issues and keep the service stable
  • Send service-related notices when necessary

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secure servers, passwords are encrypted, and collected data is visible only to you and your team members. We use industry-standard measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Retention & deletion

You can delete your data at any time via the app. After account closure, data is kept in a 30-day recycle bin (soft delete) then removed; some logs may be retained longer for security audit.

5. WebPick extension

The WebPick extension accesses page content only when you actively trigger collection; it does not continuously read your browsing history in the background. Data it stores (e.g. connection address, identity) stays in your local browser storage.

6. Your rights

  • Access and export your data on the Platform
  • Correct inaccurate account information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Raise a privacy complaint with us
